Plan 1 (pre-2012, England/Wales): £22,015 threshold, 9% rate, 6.9% interest, forgiven at age 65 or after 30 years. Plan 2 (2012-2023, England/Wales): £27,295 threshold, 9% rate, up to RPI+3%, forgiven after 30 years. Plan 4 (Scotland): £27,660 threshold, 9% rate, 6.9% interest, forgiven after 30 years or age 65. Plan 5 (post-2023, England): £25,000 threshold, 9% rate, forgiven after 40 years. Postgraduate Loan: £21,000 threshold, 6% rate, 7.7% interest, forgiven after 30 years.
