Belarus Tax System

Belarus imposes a flat 13% individual income tax (IIT) on all types of income for tax residents. There are no progressive brackets. The same 13% rate applies to employment income, business income, rental income, and most investment income. There is no standard personal allowance, though limited deductions may be available for childcare, housing, education, and medical expenses.
