Armenia Tax System
Armenia employs a flat 20% personal income tax (IIT) on all income with no personal allowance. Employees contribute 5% of gross salary to the mandatory cumulative pension scheme (for those born after 1 January 1974). The employer contributes an additional 7.5%. The total deduction from gross salary is 5% pension + 20% IIT on the remaining balance.
